Need help with Puzzaic?

Here are the fastest ways to solve common issues or contact Simple Daily Apps.

Playing Missing Piece

Choose an album and a difficulty, then tap the photo tile that fits the empty space. A wrong choice does not end the game; try another tile and continue through the rounds.

Playing Scratch Reveal

Choose an album, select a difficulty, then move your finger across the silver cover. The remaining cover clears automatically once enough of the photo has been revealed.

Starting the Premium trial

Open Premium, tap Start 7-day free trial, and confirm the end date. The trial unlocks Premium for seven days without a subscription or automatic charge. A lifetime unlock remains available separately.

Playing Twist Puzzle

Tap a tile to select it. Tap it again to rotate, or tap another tile to swap once. With piece locking enabled, a correctly placed and rotated tile locks automatically.

Using your own photos

Make sure Puzzaic has permission to access your selected photos. You can change photo permissions in your device settings.

Opening shared puzzles

Open the original shared link or use the app's Received a puzzle? option to select a .puzzaic package from Files or your message attachment.

Kids Mode and Parent PIN

Kids Mode is designed for selected pictures and simplified play. Parent PIN settings are managed inside the app settings.

Adventure and albums

Adventure works best with photo albums that have several clear images. If an album has too few images, use starter images or add more pictures.

Printing puzzles

Use print setup to choose page size, layout, grid, cut guides, and solution pages before exporting or printing.
